Job duties â Company Secretarial Clerk/ General Clerk
- Assist in a full range of company secretarial matters for clients
- Responsible for preparing company secretarial documents, including annual returns and maintenance of corporate records
- Handle company incorporation with different jurisdictions
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements â Company Secretarial Clerk/ General Clerk
- Diploma holder or a related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; and Chinese word processing
- Knowledge of CSA is an advantage
- Basic command of English and Chinese
