Job Duties – ESG/Risk Advisory Associate
- Assist client listed on The Hong Kong Stock Exchange to prepare ESG reporting in accordance with ESG Reporting Guide of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange
- Participate in internal control, risk management and compliance engagements for our listed clients / clients undergoing IPO application in Hong Kong
- Obtain good understanding of business operations, processes and controls of client’s business
- Assist client to perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and rating, develop risk management strategy and relevant internal control objective
- Analyze, inspect and review the implementation of control operations, identify internal control weaknesses and provide value-added recommendations
Requirements – ESG/Risk Advisory Associate
- Degree holder in Accounting or Environmental Studies
- Fluency in Putonghua, spoken English and Cantonese
- Good written presentation skills in both Chinese and English
- Member or finalist of professional qualifications such as HKICPA / ACCA / CIA / CISA is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
