C2. Company Secretarial Officer/ Senior Officer
Job duties – Company Secretarial Officer/ Senior Officer
- Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties for clients, including annual returns, change in directors, transferor shares, incorporation, etc.
- Handle full set of company secretarial matters of clients’ companies both in Hong Kong and offshore independently
- Assist with the preparation of minutes, resolutions and notices
- Liaise with internal and external parties for all company secretary related transactions
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements – Company Secretarial Officer/ Senior Officer
- Degree holder in corporate governance or a related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years company secretary experience in CPA firms preferred
- Working experience gained with professional firms is an asset but not mandatory
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing and CSA
- Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills, mature, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
