[Human Resources ~ Full-time/Part-time/Interns]
Job duties – Assistant HR Officer/ Senior Officer
- Provide support to HR department for full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, staff relations, and other personnel related issue
- Assist in preparing recruitment advertisement, screen applications, conduct interviews and make employment offer
- Monitor daily attendance and prepare monthly attendance report
- Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures, employee handbook and ensure all practices are aligned internally and complied with labor laws
- Assist in advising and counseling team managers and employees on staff related matters
- Prepare reports, maintain staff record in HR system including CPD training record and professional records
- Participate in HR ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Requirements – Assistant HR Officer/ Senior Officer
- Degree holder in human resources, business, or other related disciplines
- At least 3 years experiences in related field, including at least 1 year in managerial position for senior position
- Well versed in HKSAR Employment Ordinance and other related legislation and practice
- Highly motivated and independent
- Good team player with sound interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with staff, managers and management
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese is essential
- Well-organized and attentive to details
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
